Enterprise Account Manager
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be developing both existing and net new customers within the UK Commercial sector by calling into prospective and existing customers to introduce unique value propositions and grow share of wallet. Within this role you will be focused on selling solutions from core competencies which include but are not limited to Hardware, Software Licenses, Cloud Services, Datacentre solutions, ITAM and Professional Services. As a Solution Provider, you will understand clients business needs, whilst focusing on services from partners such as Microsoft, VMWare, Veeam, Cisco, Citrix, HPE and Dell Technologies to name a few. Your role will be twofold, representing our core values of providing world class customer support and achieving monthly targets and KPIs as set by the business. Within this role you will work closely with the support functions across the business. You will have the opportunity to continue to learn and develop your skills by completing sales certifications.
Responsibilities
Development of existing and new prospective clients to achieve sales targets as set by the business within the designated business area
Increase lines of business within the client accounts focusing on core competencies
Increase and maintain contact with decision makers
Follow up with leads/potential business
Complete customer IT profiles in CRM.
Follow up on email marketing campaigns.
Attend Customer Meetings and QBR sessions, minimum of 5x Customer meetings per week
Develop strong relationships with our key partners and vendors
Exceed profit and revenue targets.
Complete all KPIs as set by the business on a quarterly basis to include any training and development courses as determined for your role
Book meetings for technical specialists.
Drive attendance to hosted technology days.
Understand daily business needs leading to transformational project-based work.
Continue to develop business relationships with customers that are built and continue to support and sell IT solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-year sales experience in a similar sales role
Required Skills
Commitment, Attitude and sales Discipline.
Have flare and entrepreneurship to build your own customer base.
Possess a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn about new and emerging technology.
Ability to build rapport with potential customers and utilize your internal resources to help build your business
Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
